 e in the 9th Annual Scare at the Fair. Scare at the Fair is an event for a
 ll in the community to attend on October 31st – Halloween. The event offer
 s family-friendly activities in a safe environment for all children in Sew
 ard County. This year\, CASA is partnering with Foster Friends. The event 
 proceeds provide funding to these organizations to enrich the lives of you
 th in our communities. \n\nWe would like you to consider hosting a booth t
 o promote your business at this ‘spook-tacular’ event. We will provide you
  with a prime location in the Seward County Ag Pavilion. We will also adve
 rtise your business on flyers\, posters and online as one participating in
  the event. We ask that your incorporate some sort of candy or give-away i
 tem at your booth so that the children may visit you for tricks or treats.
  You may also choose to give away some sort of coupon or promotional flier
  regarding your business. CASA will be providing\, fun activities and the 
 VFW will be serving a hot dog meal. \n\nYour business will have access to 
 2\,000+ children and adults. Every year we break our previous attendance r
 ecord and we don’t foresee any exception to this trend. We encourage you t
 o promote your business at the event and provide incentives for those you 
 see to return to your storefront. If you are unable to host a booth\, we w
 ould appreciate your consideration of a monetary donation to the youth in 
 Seward County.
