    This role is ideal for a mission-driven leader with experience in nonprofit management, volunteer engagement, and community partnerships—someone ready to guide a respected program and expand its impact across York County.

    Serving as Executive Director means leading a team and network of volunteers who ensure children’s voices are heard in court and that their best interests remain at the center of every decision.
