Prairie Plains Volunteer CoordinatorJoin our team in McCook and play a pivotal role in recruiting, Screening training, and supporting volunteer advocates.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to the community
- Recruit, screen, and train volunteer advocates
- Provide direct assistance and support to volunteer advocates
- Offer case management, and service referrals
- Assist in writing court reports and attend court
- Coach volunteers and ensure efficient advocacy for child victims
- Collaborate with the Executive Director to provide ongoing education for advocates
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to child advocacy and welfare
- Ability to work 30-40 hours per week with a flexible schedule
